The 1800 Atlantic complex is located on the ocean in Key West right next to Smathers Beach (where the complex property ends Smathers beach starts – you can’t get any closer) and approximately 1 mile to the Southern Most Point in the continental US, and the beginning of Key West’s famous Duval St.

This beachfront complex has 400 ft. of ocean footage, its own private beach, one of the largest heated pools in Key West (35 ft x 70 ft x 9 ft deep), an over-sized hot tub (20 person), and a tropical landscaped courtyard /garden.
